   We reply to every call and message within one business day to set up a visit at a time that suits you. If you have questions before then, you're welcome to ask them on that call.

   I visit and give you a free estimate

   I come out myself, look over the attic, crawl space or walls and ask a few questions about the house, because what's already there decides what's worth adding, and then you get a free estimate with no obligation. If you'd like to go ahead, we check with the building office for your address before work starts, protect your home while we work, and I walk you through the finished job before we leave.
